Davio’s Lynnfield Hosts a Culinary Wine Tour of New York’s Finger Lakes Region
WHAT: Join Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, located at MarketStreet in Lynnfield,for a culinary wine tour of Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery in New York’s Finger Lakes. Dr. Konstantin Frank ignited the “Vinifera Revolution” a movement that forever changed the course of wine growing in the Finger Lakes and the United States. Dr. Frank’s vision, knowledge and determination are credited with elevating the New York wine industry from a state of happy mediocrity to a level that today commands world attention.
Designed for oenophiles of all levels, the four course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings will feature an exclusive menu prepared by Executive Chef Andres Tavares that includes dishessuch as the Goat Cheese Tortelloni, Limoncello Butter, Wild Fennel Pollen and Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye, Purple Potatoes, Soft Roasted Leeks, Pepata.
This intimate culinary journey will be held at Davio’s Lynnfield on Tuesday June 25th at 6:30pm. For $100 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will be treated to a four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines to accompany their dining experience.
